Recipe Ingredients for Third of fetuccini alfredo

8 ounces dry pasta
1 egg yolk
125 grams sour cream
30 grams parmesean cheese
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Third of fetuccini alfredo

  1. Cook pasta in salted water.

  2. To make sauce, melt butter and saute garlic.

  3. Mix in sour cream until blended.

  4. Melt in parmesean cheese.

  5. Turn off heat and stir in egg yolk.

  6. When pasta is finished cooking, drain and add to sauce.
