These somehow work! I use them for everything from burgers to a side dish with ranch. The kids even like them. And they are actually, a vegetable!

Recipe Ingredients for Thinlandichini-Patties

275 g zucchini (approximately 2 medium, grated and squeezed)
3 egg whites
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
2 T onion (and oregano, salt, pepper, etc, spices)
2 t olive oil (actually avacado, for frying, along with Pam)

Recipe Directions for Thinlandichini-Patties

  1. Mix everything except the oil, which you put in the pan.

  2. Fry at moderate heat.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
