1/2 cup pinto beans (actually 1 can no salt pinto beans)
1 3/10 tablespoon pinto beans
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 t avocado oil
1 t garlic
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg white
1/2 jalapeno pepper

Recipe Directions for Thinlandiabeanballs

Mix in food processor. Bake at 400 for about 25 minutes, turning once.
