Recipe Ingredients for Thinlandia-Thin-and-Foldy-Pizza-Crust

1/4 cup whole wheat flour
5 T white flour (actually 6 T)
1 t honey (squirt of agave)
1/2 t yeast
1 T milk (actually 2 t clabbered milk)

Recipe Directions for Thinlandia-Thin-and-Foldy-Pizza-Crust

  1. 1/4 cup water? heated in microwave for about 12-20 sec. Add splurp of agave and about 1/3 pack of yeast. Let set for a short time.

  2. In separate bowl, mix 1/4 cup WW flour and 1/4 cup white flour, with a few herbs, also salt, garlic if needed, and 2 t clabbered milk.

  3. Add appropriate amount of yeasty water mixture; mix to a nice dough. Use additional 1/8 cup of white flour to knead dough on the counter until it has a nice feel.

  4. Put dough in a smaller bowl that has been sprayed with butter flavored Pam. Heat the oven to 100 degrees, turn it off, cover the dough with a dishtowel, and put in oven for 45 min to an hour.

  5. Punch dough down; reknead a little bit. Let rise again for 1-2 hours.

  6. Spray round pizza pan with Pam. With fingertips, work wet dough across the entire pan. (Will be very thin.)

  7. Top as desired. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until desired doneness.

  8. Makes a great, foldy pizza, and you can eat half of it for only 150 calories!
