This would go well as a drink or even as a soup! At the end, add enough water to make 2 cups in the blender; but somehow, this only made 3 1/2 cup servings. Don't know how that worked.

Recipe Ingredients for Thinlandia-supernutrient-shooter-orange

224 g carrots, peeled and sliced (about 7 small)
48 g orange bell pepper (1/4)
1/4 t ginger
1/8 t nutmeg
1 1/2 t honey
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Thinlandia-supernutrient-shooter-orange

  1. Cook top list of ingredients on medium high heat, covered, until soft (20-30 minutes).

  2. Carefully blend, adding orange juice and enough water to make 2 cups in blender. This would even make a really nice creamy soup with vanilla yogurt in it!
