Recipe Ingredients for Thinlandia-Sun-dried-tomato-and-artichoke-creamy-dressing

195 g artichoke hearts (actually, one 14 oz can of artichoke hearts, minus the liquid.)
3 green onions (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup water
1 T lemon juice
1 T white wine vinegar (mine has tarragon in it)
3/8 t salt (just accounting for salt in artichoke hearts)
16 oz tomatoes (1 oz sun dried - 80 cal)
