Lovely little protein popsicles! Tastes like cheesecake! I put mine in an ice cube tray with popsicle sticks - made 17.

Recipe Ingredients for Thinlandia-Strawberry-Avocheesecake-Pops

150 g strawberries
77 g avocado (1/2)
3 oz yogurt, nonfat (1/2 cup Dannon vanilla light)
100 g cottage cheese, lowfat (1/2 c breakstone's 2%)
5/8 c milk (1/2 cup whole, + few drops of vanilla truvia)

  1. Mix the above in a blender.

  2. Put into ice cube or popsicle trays.

  3. Freeze and enjoy!
