Nice thick Greek dressing, not as fattening as it could be!

Recipe Ingredients for Thinlandia-Special-Greek-Dressing

145 g cucumber
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c vinegar
1/8 c red wine vinegar
32 g feta cheese
1/4 t onion powder
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t sea salt (1 pack Tru Lemon, sprinkle of smoked paprika, 10 twists pepper, 1 t Greek herb mix, 1/8 t xanthan gum)
1 t Dijon mustard
1 egg, coddled for 45 seconds in boiling water and cooled
1/4 cup water
51 g green olive (6 large)
25 g Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Thinlandia-Special-Greek-Dressing

  1. Mix everything in blender except xantham gum and egg.

  2. Coddle egg (cook for 45 seconds in boiling water), cool

  3. Add egg

  4. Add xanthan gum while blender is going.

  5. Chill.
