Super fast, super quick salsa. Quite mild.

Recipe Ingredients for Thinlandia-QuickNEZ-Salsa

10 oz diced tomatoes (Rotel tomatoes and chilies)
16 1/2 oz petite cut tomatoes, unsalted (14 oz can)
91 g tomato, diced (used 3/4 tomato)
185 g onion, diced (about 1/3 white onion)
2 T lime juice (juice of a lime)
1 t dried cilantro
1 t garlic
1 t chili powder
1 t fajita seasoning
1/2 t pepper

Recipe Directions for Thinlandia-QuickNEZ-Salsa

  1. Drain canned Rotel and tomatoes and dump in a bowl.

  2. Mix in diced tomato and onion.

  3. Add lime juice, cilantro, garlic, chili powder, fajita seasoning, and pepper.

  4. Chill and enjoy!
