Recipe Ingredients for Thinlandia-Fruit-Drops

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup flour
1/2 t cinnamon or to taste
35 g almonds, sliced (2 cups nuts)
85 g walnuts
63 g walnuts
100 g craisins (1 1/2 cups raisins/fruit)
80 g raisins
230 g dates, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
206 g egg (4 eggs)
59 g coconut oil (4 T)
1 1/10 cup rice crispies (1 cup Erowhon Brown rice crispies)

Recipe Directions for Thinlandia-Fruit-Drops

  1. Add dry ingredients together.

  2. Add nuts, fruit, mix.

  3. Beat eggs; add eggs and oil (softened) to mixture. Mix until flour disappears.

  4. Use small scoop (like 1 1/2 T); pack and then spread lightly.

  5. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly browned on top.
