Yummy carrot rice velling-type pudding!

Recipe Ingredients for Thinlandia-Carrot-Rice-Pudding

2 c milk
1/4 c half and half (actually, just 2 cups whole millk)
6 T honey (and 1/2 T NuStevia)
4 T butter
122 g pineapple
1/2 c pineapple juice
60 g apple, grated
80 g raisins
9/16 c rice (1 3/4 c cooked rice)
284 g carrots, shredded (1 10 oz package)
1/4 t sea salt (and 1 cap of caramel, butter, some coconut flavoring and vanilla kreme stevia)

Recipe Directions for Thinlandia-Carrot-Rice-Pudding

Put milk, honey, butter, and carrots in crock pot on High. Cook for several hours. Add remainder of ingredients and cook until desired consistency. Made about 1450 g at 1.38 cal/gm.
