Each serving of about 62 grams provides an entire 1/2 cup serving of oatmeal, and an entire tablespoon of coconut oil! Yummy served over fruit, yogurt, and with a touch of whipped cream.

Recipe Ingredients for Thinlandia-Breakfast-Flakes

3 cups oatmeal
6 T coconut oil
42 g almonds, sliced
1/4 t salt (90 g caramel SF Torani syrup, 3 drops imitation butter flavoring, and 3 - 3 1/2 packets Truvia)

Recipe Directions for Thinlandia-Breakfast-Flakes

  1. Preheat oven to 310-315 degrees.

  2. Mix ingredients thoroughly.

  3. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and place flakes on pan.

  4. Bake for 32 minutes, stirring every 8 minutes. Done when the almond slices are just a nice golden color.
