Recipe Ingredients for Thinlandia-Blackberry-Vinaigrette

1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
150 g blackberries
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar (used white balsamic vinegar with tarragon added)
1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 T olive oil
2 T orange juice (pomegranate)

  1. Nonstick spray in pan - cook onion, garlic, blackberries. Add vinegars, sugar. Cook.

  2. Blend in blender, then add oil and juice.

  3. Serve.
