Recipe Ingredients for Thin Sopes

1 cup Corn Flour, Masa, Enriched
84 9/10 grams Green Chiles
1/4 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
11 grams Onion Red
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Salt, Table
2 grams Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Thin Sopes

Mix dry ingredients and oil with 1 c, or more, water, enough to make a pancake-like batter. Mix vegetable ingredients. Pour 1/6 c of batter on hot griddle, add 1 T chile mixture, then pour 1/6 c batter on top. Watch until bubbly, then flip.
