0.33 cup Ricotta, Whole Milk Cheese
0.5 container Cottage Cheese Lowfat 2% Milkfat
1 scoop 100% Whey Protein Powder
8 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
2 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
0.5 cup Better'n Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for thin low carb crepes

Mix wet ingredients well,, mix in dry to form batter. Heat on a non-stick pan unitl top side appears dry and ready to flip. Crepes should be a golden brown. Fill with blueberries or other favorite fruit or topping.
