Make this pizza dough right after all the toppings have been prepared. Does not need to rise before baking.

Recipe Ingredients for Thin crust pizza dough

2 cups flour
1/4 tsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Thin crust pizza dough

  1. preheat oven to 475.

  2. arm the water slightly, then add sugar and yeast. Mix until yeast is dissolved, and let it sit for 10 minutes until the mixture is frothy.

  3. Measure out salt and flour into a large bowl.

  4. Add the yeast to the flour mixture. Mix together and knead until the dough is silky. Add more flour if too sticky.

  5. Divide dough in 2.

  6. Roll out, top with desired toppings, and bake for 8-10 minutes in hot oven.
