Thin & Cream Coleslaw from "Healthy Cooking for Two (Or Just You)" by Frances Price, RD, p.93

Recipe Ingredients for Thin & Creamy Coleslaw

1/2 cup fat free sour cream
4 teaspoons sugar
4 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 cups thinly sliced or shredded cabbage
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Recipe Directions for Thin & Creamy Coleslaw

  1. In a large salad bowl, whisk togeterh sour cream, sugar, vinegar, mustard and pepper. Add cabbage and green onions; toss well.

  2. Chill salad for at least 30 minutes to blend the flavors. Just before serving, toss the slaw again.
