Recipe Ingredients for Thick Homemade Pancakes

2 cups flour
2 cups skim milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Thick Homemade Pancakes

Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl beat eggs with milk. Gradually add egg mixture to flour mixture. Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter on nonstick or lightly greased skillet. Cook until several bubbles cover surface, then flip with spatula. Cook 1 min longer. Enjoy with your favorite syrup or topping!
