Recipe Ingredients for THC Veggie Wrap

4 tortillas, flour, Low Carb
8 slices Turkey Breast, Fat-free
8 slices lean ham or turkey ham
8 oz crab, Imitation, shredded,
8 slices processed cheese
1 medium tomato, sliced. Version 1
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium banana pepper, sliced
12 small olives, sliced
1 cup spinach, shredded
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salad dressing, Ranch
1/4 cup ketchup, Low Carb
1/4 cup mustard, yellow
1/4 cup Imitation Bacon Bits
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
