It is delicious over any salad, and also taastes great over steamed veggies. Don't miss trying this as a dip for a raw veggie plate.

Recipe Ingredients for That's Italian! Dip or Dressing

1 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 teaspoon celery
3 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
1 tablespoon parsley
2 teaspoons basil
1/4 cup olive oil (optional)

Recipe Directions for That's Italian! Dip or Dressing

  1. Blend first 7 ingredients.

  2. While blending add Optional Olive Oil.

  3. After blending is complete, add parsley and basil.

  4. Chill and serve
