Recipe Ingredients for thanksgiving wild rice

32 oz low sodium chicken broth
16 oz button mushrooms
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 cups uncooked wild rice
1 lb chicken breast

Recipe Directions for thanksgiving wild rice

in butter spray saute mushrooms and add almonds, remove from pan and cook chicken breast until done. Boil chicken broth and add wild rice, reduce to simmer for approximately an hour, then mix all ingredients and simmer really low for approximately 1 hours until tender. Salt and peppe as needed
