Recipe Ingredients for Thanksgiving Stuffing (Minus the bird)

1 link, 4/lb Sausage, Italian, Pork, Cooked
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 medium (3") Apples
0.5 cup, diced Celery
907 grams Stuffing Mix Savory Herbs
2 cup Chicken Stock

Recipe Directions for Thanksgiving Stuffing (Minus the bird)

  1. Saute the sausage until thoroughly cooked. Add diced onions and celery. Cook til translucent. Add diced apple. Cook til tender.

  2. Add to 2 1-lb bags Pepperidge Farm Seasoned stuffing mix. Add chicken stock until thoroughly moist.

  3. Cook in crockpot for 2-3 hours on low. Stir every hour or so, and check for moisture (the edges get dry!)
