Recipe Ingredients for Thanksgiving in a Salad Bowl

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups chopped spinach
3 ounces turkey breast
2 tablespoons Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1 oz Feta Cheese, Fat Free
1 tablespoon chopped pecans
1 tablespoon Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon honey mustard
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Thanksgiving in a Salad Bowl

  1. On a large plate or in a large bowl, combine the lettuce, spinach, turkey, cranberries, feta, and pecans. Mix well and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey mustard, salt and peper. Whisk until thoroughly mixed. Pour dressing over salad or serve it on the side. (Recipe by: Hungry Girl "300 under 300").
