Recipe Ingredients for Thanksgiving Day Recipe

8 eggs
1 pound LEAN Breakfast Sausage
1 cup bell pepper
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup green onions
12 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Thanksgiving Day Recipe

  1. fry up sausage in a pan then add chopped bell pepper.

  2. While that is frying separate eggs and whip egg whites and whipped cream.

  3. pour off grease and spread sausage/bell pepper mixture on bottom of 8x2x9 glass pan (prefferable).

  4. fold egg whites beaten egg yolks and whipped cream together with green onions, pepper, garlic and salt (not needed).

  5. pour over sausage in pan and spread out. Bake in oven 20 minutes or until brown in 375 oven.
