A ground turkey recipe that's far from bland!

Recipe Ingredients for Thanksgiving Burgers

16 oz Lean Ground Turkey
4 oz Egg Whites
0.5 oz Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 tsp Pepper, Black
4 tsp Mustard
4 inner leaf Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
1600 grams Bread 100% Whole Wheat
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
0.5 tbsp Sage, Ground
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1 Teaspoon Thyme

Recipe Directions for Thanksgiving Burgers

  1. Combine all ingredients except the romaine, bread, and cranberry mustard. Divide into 4 patties and grill them.

  2. Serve burders on whole wheat bread or rolls, with romaine and cranberry mustard.

  3. Instead of the cranberry mustard, you can create a sauce from 1/2 c jellied cranberry sauce and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Heat the sauce in a sauce pan until smooth, and either slather on the burgers while their grilling or as a condement when their done.
