1 bunch spinach
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup onion
3 cloves garlic
4 peppers jalapeno
3 oz supremo queso panela , diced or any low-fat chesse
3 servings ham , diced
1 tbsp oil, soybean
1/2 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for Thaly's spinach salad

  1. Saute the onion, garlic and peppers with oil

  2. Add broccoli and slow cook for 3 minutes

  3. Add spinach and salt and cook for 5 minutes

  4. Add chesse and ham and cook for another 5 minutes
