Turkey burgers flavoured with thai seasonings

Recipe Ingredients for Thai turkey burgers

100 grams Turkey
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 grams Chilli
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 Roll Rolls Wholemeal Bread

Recipe Directions for Thai turkey burgers

  1. Put the first 6 ingredients in a bowl, season and mix well. Form into a burger.

  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the burger for about 5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Serve the burgers in rolls with some watercress and a little sweet chilli sauce if you like.
