Recipe Ingredients for Thai Turffalo Burgers

16 oz Fresh Ground Turkey Breast
16 oz Ground Buffalo
0.5 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 oz Shallots
0.5 bulb Fennel, Bulb
2 tbs Lemongrass
2 tbsp Basil, Fresh
2 oz Whole Natural Almonds
1 pepper Pepper, Serrano

Recipe Directions for Thai Turffalo Burgers

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix. If preparing in advance, add nuts only prior to cooking.

  2. Divide into 1/4 lb burgers and grill.
