Tuna burgers with a hint of asian flavor.

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Tuna Burgers

1 1/2 lbs tuna
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup carrot, grated
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 egg, beaten

Recipe Directions for Thai Tuna Burgers

  1. In a bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes

  3. Preheat oven broiler.

  4. Form tuna mixture into 6 patties and place in broiler pan on top oven rack. Cook uncovered, 4 minutes per side or until easily flaked with a fork.
