Recipe Ingredients for Thai Sukiyaki Chicken Stir fry

1 serving Thai Sukiyaki Sauce
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
50 grams Mushrooms
2 cup Rice, White, Short-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Thai Sukiyaki Chicken Stir fry

  1. Cook rice in boiling water, then let it sit until ready to serve.

  2. Cut chicken into 1 inch chunks or anyway you like it.

  3. Cook chicken in a pan. When the outside of the chicken is cooked, but still pink in the middle, add the chopped veggies.

  4. Right before everything is cooked, add 2 tablespoons of the thai sukiyaki sauce.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve chicken and veggies over rice.
