100 grams Carrots
2 Cube Chicken Stock Cubes
1000 grams Water
15 grams Soup
60 grams Prawns
100 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 serving Fish Sauce
28 grams Chilli

Recipe Directions for Thai style soup

  1. slice the vegatable

  2. make stock with cubes and water

  3. add vegatables and simmer.

  4. \add garlic tom yum paste and lemon grass

  5. continue to simmer

  6. add lemon grass fish sauce and chilli

  7. add shreded chicken and prawns to heat through or cook if raw

  8. serve garnished with coriander and basil

  9. 2 as a main course or 4 as a starter
