A lovely mix of thai-style couscous, onion and prawn.

Recipe Ingredients for Thai style Prawn & Couscous

180 grams Prawns
205 grams Onions
40 grams Green Curry Paste
3 tsp Oil Sunflower 100% Pure
6 grams Butter
198 grams Aldi Worldwide Foods Couscous,low fat Thai style curry flavour
12 fl oz Water

Recipe Directions for Thai style Prawn & Couscous

  1. Roughly dice a large onion, and cook it gently with the oil in a large Wok/Pan.

  2. When transluscent, add the Thai Green curry paste, and stir for a minute.

  3. Add the cooked prawns, and gently warm through.

  4. Make up the couscous with the 12fl.oz boiling water, leave to absorb for 2 minutes, then add to the pan with the onions and prawns.

  5. Stir together gently until warmed through.

  6. Serve with a lovely green salad.
