Recipe Ingredients for Thai-Style Pork Stew

32 oz Fresh Tenderloin
0.25 cup Sauce, Teriyaki, Ready-to-serve
2 serving Rice Wine Vinegar
8 serving President's Choice Basmati Rice
2 serving Green Onion
0.125 cup Peanuts, All Types, Dry-roasted
0.25 cup Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
2 wedge yields Lime Juice
1 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers

Recipe Directions for Thai-Style Pork Stew

  1. Place all ingredients in a 4 quart slow cooker except peanut butter, rice, green onions, chopped nuts, and lime wedges.

  2. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook for 6 hours.

  3. Remove pork from cooker, and coarsely chop. Add peanut butter to cooking juice, still well. Stir in pork.

  4. Serve stew over cooked rice in bowls. Top with onions and peanuts. Serve with lime wedges.
