Recipe Ingredients for Thai Style Pork with Rice

1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
4 oz Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
4 tbsp Peanut Butter
2 pounds Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
4 cloves raw garlic
230 g Chilli Sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
8 scallion

Recipe Directions for Thai Style Pork with Rice

  1. Cut pork into 4 pieces.

  2. Slice bell bell pepper into strips.

  3. Place all ingredients but rice and peanuts in slow cooker and cook for 8 hours min (12 preferably). Also add 2 cloves of garlic and 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.

  4. Once done cook rice according to package.

  5. Chop peanuts.

  6. Place stew over rice and garnish with lime wedge and scallion
