Recipe Ingredients for Thai style ground beef byriani

1 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
300 grams Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
300 grams Stir-Fry Vegetables
1/4 cup Water Chestnuts (Sliced)
1/2 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 oz Chilli
1 tsp Ginger Root

Recipe Directions for Thai style ground beef byriani

  1. Chop ginger and red chilli to taste and soften in oil without browning.

  2. Add beef and brown., turning up heat. Cook 10 minutes.

  3. Stir in fresh mixed stir-fry vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add fish & soy sauce and sugar and stir through until all is piping hot.

  5. Can be served in little gem lettuce leaves as a starter.

  6. Ground pork, chicken or turkey also good.
