Thai style egg fried chicken & rice

Recipe Ingredients for Thai style egg fried Chicken & Rice

100 grams Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
80 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
30 grams Carrots, Baby
20 grams Onions
20 grams Onions
30 grams Cabbage, Red
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Thai style egg fried Chicken & Rice

  1. Boil rice until done.

  2. Cook chicken with lemon juice and pepper in a grill pan slowly.

  3. Add all thinly cut vegetables to a wok and cook for 2 minutes with half oil.

  4. Add cooked rice, chicken, soy, fish sauce and beaten egg with remaining oil and cook on high heat for 2 minutes.

  5. Serve hot or cold.
