Recipe Ingredients for Thai stir fry

1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
225 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.25 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
0.25 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
0.25 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.25 head raw Bok Choy
3.5 oz Mange Tout
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 serving Mirin
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
0.17 oz Corn Starch
0.5 oz Water
1/3 cup Rice

Recipe Directions for Thai stir fry

  1. In a wok, heat oil at medium-high temperature.

  2. Stir chicken until cooked

  3. Put the chicken aside

  4. stir bell peppers and bok choy for 5 minutes

  5. Add Mange tout peas and cook 1 minute

  6. Add chicken and stir

  7. In a small bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, mirin and ginger

  8. Add to chicken and vegetables and cook until sauce boils

  9. Mix corn starch and water and pour on the vegetables

  10. Mix and add vermicelli

  11. Heat for a few minutes, mix well
