Recipe Ingredients for Thai Shrimp

1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon gingerroot
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pound uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 head bok choy
1 cup uncooked brown rice

Recipe Directions for Thai Shrimp

  1. combine cornstarch and broth until smooth, stir in soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, ginger and garlic. set aside

  2. in a wok, stir-fry shrimp in oil until shrimp turn pink. remove and keep warm.

  3. stir soy sauce mixture and add to pan. boil. cook and stir for 2 minutes. top with bok choy. reduce heat; cover and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. return shrimp to the pan. serve with rice if desired
