Recipe Ingredients for Thai Shrimp and Nodles

3 tbsp Peanut Butter 100% Natural
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Ginger Root
2 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
0.25 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
454 grams Shrimp Cooked
3 cup Deluxe Steamer Asian Vegetables
8 oz dry Whole Wheat Spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Thai Shrimp and Nodles

  1. In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger, lemon juice, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta about 7 minutes. Add frozen shrimp and cook an additional 2 minutes then add vegetables and cook 2 minutes. Drain.

  3. In a large bowl, toss pasta mixture with peanut butter sauce .
