Recipe Ingredients for Thai Shrimp and Green Beans

12 oz shrimp
29 oz green beans
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
13 1/2 oz coconut milk

Recipe Directions for Thai Shrimp and Green Beans

  1. Cook shrimp in spices and cooking spray. Stir in green beans and coconut milk. Heat through, and serve over white rice if desired.

  2. Makes four one-cup servings.
