Cold pasta salad with sweet and sour peanut sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Thai salad

0.5 fillet(194 g) Boneless Skinless Breast Fillets
1 tbsp Peanut Butter, Chunk Style
1 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
1 packet Sucralose
3 tsp Ginger Root
0.5 oz Peanuts, All Types, Dry-roasted
1 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg

Recipe Directions for Thai salad

  1. cook chicken and spaghetti in boiling water 10 minutes. drain and cool with water

  2. while chicken is cooking. make sauce by combining peanut butter, vinegar, sucralose and minced ginger.

  3. chop lettuce and lay on plate.

  4. top with cool, drained noodles.

  5. pour sauce on top.

  6. top with chopped chicken and nuts.
