Recipe Ingredients for Thai Salad

1 cup iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup cabbage
3/4 cup cucumber, sliced and slices halved
1/2 medium tomato, quartered
4 large prawns, cooked
3 ounces chicken breast, cooked

Recipe Directions for Thai Salad

  1. Layer lettuce and cabbage on plate

  2. Place tomatoes and cucumber around outside edge of plate

  3. Place the shrimp and chicken in the center

  4. Pour Peanut Satay Sauce over
