Recipe Ingredients for Thai Red Curry Stir Fry

400 ml coconut milk
1 1/2 tbsp red curry paste
2 tsp fish sauce
2 cup broccoli
3/4 cup red onion
1 cup green pepper
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1/4 cup bamboo shoots
1 chili pepper

Recipe Directions for Thai Red Curry Stir Fry

  1. Simmer 1 can of coconut milk with curry paste for 5 minutes

  2. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through

  3. Serve with jasmine rice
