Recipe Ingredients for Thai Red Curry Sauce

4 tsp Red Curry Paste
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
14 oz Lite
8 oz Plain Nonfat
1 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
1/2 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Thai Red Curry Sauce

  1. Simmer coconut milk.

  2. Add red curry paste.

  3. Add fish sauce and crushed red pepper.

  4. Simmer 5 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat add basil and yogurt.

  6. Mix well.

  7. Serve over vegetables, salmon or whatever.
