Recipe Ingredients for Thai Red Curry

40 grams Thai Red Curry Paste
38 grams Coconut Cream, Canned
500 grams Skim Milk Fat Free
4 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
12 pieces Button Mushroom
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Broccoli
5 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Thai Red Curry

Put the curry paste and coconut cream in a pan and cook over a low heat until it starts to bubble. Add the milk slowly and bring to a simmer. Add the squash and cook for 5 minutes then add the broccoli and mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Finally, add the cherry tomatoes for 2 minutes.
