Recipe Ingredients for Thai Red Curry

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups chicken breasts (cup,+chopped+or+diced)
1 yellow onion
2 cups fresh pineapple (cup,+diced)
1 tablespoon red curry paste
10 oz coconut milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Recipe Directions for Thai Red Curry

  1. saute chicken, onion and pineapple

  2. add curry paste

  3. Add coconut milk, sugar, soy sauce and lime juice.

  4. Add and finish with fresh basil leaves
