3 1tsp Oil, Sesame
2 tbsp Red Curry Paste
3/4 cup Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
2 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
2 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
0.03 cup Cornstarch
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1/2 cup Peas, Green
1/2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 serving langoustine tails

Recipe Directions for thai red curry

  1. saute 1/2 of curry paste in hot oil

  2. add coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar. whisk cornstarch into broth; whisk into pan.

  3. add veggies. add sea food. add remaining curry paste (to taste). add noodles. simmer till cooked through.

  4. turn off heat.
