Recipe Ingredients for Thai Red Curry

1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup snow peas
4 oz bamboo shoots
8 oz water chestnuts
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
15 oz coconut milk

Recipe Directions for Thai Red Curry

  1. saute onions, garlic

  2. dissolve curry paste in coconut milk

  3. add the coconut mixture to sauteed onions and garlic

  4. boil for 5 minutes, change heat to medium

  5. add all vegetables, fish sauce and sugar

  6. simmer on medium for 10 minutes

  7. serve over rice
