Recipe Ingredients for Thai Red curry chicken and Veggies

2 cups steamed white rice
16 oz chicken breast
16 oz mixed vegetables
13 1/2 oz Coconut milk
1 T oil

Recipe Directions for Thai Red curry chicken and Veggies

  1. steam rice

  2. fry chicken in oil

  3. add 2-3T Curry Red Paste and coconut milk

  4. bring to a boil

  5. simmer for 10 minutes

  6. add veggies

  7. simmer for 10 additional minutes

  8. serve over rice
