370 grams Pork Shoulder
7 grams Oil, Sesame
15 grams Light Soy Sauce
1 clove Garlic
15 grams Green Curry Paste
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
100 grams Coconut Milk
100 grams Mushrooms
25 grams Peppers, Hot Chili, Red
100 grams Beans, Snap, Green
100 grams Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Thai Pork Curry

Marinate Pork in garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, all spice, coriander, salt, pepper, chicken stock cube, cumin. Heat wok with vegetable oil, add curry paste and a little bit of coconut milk, fry meat, then veggies, add remaining coconut milk and leave on low heat until well cooked.
